Assessors land value mapNote that on the County Assessor's land value map, the river corridor reflects some of the most underutilized property in the city.  If you were to compare this to a City of Denver, or City of Golden river corridor map, you find find the exact opposite. In these cities, being near the river is VALUED, and the land use nearby reflects that!

Denver continues to reap the benefits of its visionary efforts to re-imagine and rediscover the SOUTH PLATTE RIVER CORRIDOR. This study explores the nearly $5 BILLION dollar potential impact of this initiative, both past and future.
